Yard Makeover

This landscape construction project was a complete front yard renovation. We transformed the space by designing and installing a new planting design, walkway, and steps.

The planting design opened up the front yard by removing an old tree and replacing it with turf. In addition, we incorporated some beautiful ornamental trees and native plants to complete an updated more natural New England planting look.

For the walkways, we used Unilock’s Copthorne paving stone. For the staircase, we used New England fieldstone veneer. For the landings and treads, we used a one-piece granite landing and one-piece treads (this ensures longevity).

To highlight the installation at night we installed a landscape lighting system. What you don’t see is a sub-surface drainage system that captures the roof runoff and disperses it to the collection system below ground.
