Project 0140 took place in the leasing center of an occupied apartment community in Watertown.
The project had a tight time table and needed to be functional throughout the duration of the construction.
The project consisted of a light demo of selected existing floors, cabinets and fixtures.
We installed new flooring in the contracted areas.
In addition we installed new doors on the existing cabinets in the kitchenette area and installed a new dry bar feature in the media center.
We installed new recessed lighting throughout the facility and removed all of the old decorative lighting and fans and replaced them with more modern updates.
We finished this project on time and with a full paint.
