The addition of this modern farmers porch, along with the second floor bump out, and exterior refinish, transformed the front facade of this colonial.
The farmers porch features Trex Transcend ‘Havana Gold’ decking and column trim, along with an AZEK skirt and trim package. The black standing seem metal roof accentuates the modern style of this farmers porch while enhancing the sounds during a peaceful rain fall. The swing seat and rocking chairs provide a beautiful opportunity to relax, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors.
The second floor bump out added character to the exterior facade while providing the additional space needed to convert an existing office into a more comfortable bedroom. The James Hardie board and batten contrasts nicely with the existing clapboard, providing a modern touch to the front facade. The new paint scheme, windows, and blinds added the finishing touches to this transformation.
