Kitchen Design and Remodel
This construction management project was designed and installed by our talented team of craftsman. This started as a standard split level kitchen with a separate dining room with an addition coming off of the kitchen. The space was cluttered, separated, and too small. We removed the wall separating the dining room and the kitchen to create one larger room. This gave us the space we needed to install a large island. We turned the addition into a beautiful pantry that doubles as a serving station for the pool area.
Cabinets: Cherry with espresso stain and grey glaze. Hidden soft close hinges and solid wood construction.
Counters: Cambria-Quartz (Berwyn) + Natural solid wood butcher block.
Floors: 24”x48” Porcelain 1/8” Grout.
Backsplash: Cepac Midtown
Sink: Madeli Stainless Apron Sink
Appliances: SUBZERO Refrigeration and Wine Cooler. WOLF Range, Range Hood, and Microwave.
Lighting: Kuzco Decorative and LED under cabinet lighting. We used Lutron Caseta switches, which gives our client the ability to power these from anywhere her wifi connection will allow her to.
