1021: Stoughton Landscape Renovation Two

Provost Companies, Inc. (PCI) designed, built, and proudly maintains this complete landscape renovation for a private residence in Stoughton, Massachusetts. As a full-service design-build-maintain firm, we delivered a turnkey transformation that significantly improved both the function and appearance of the property.

The project included all-new hardscaping, featuring a spacious paver patio for outdoor living, new masonry stairs with stone veneer and black railings, and refreshed walkways. We performed comprehensive site grading
and installed a complete drainage system, including gutters, downspouts, and an integrated sump pit to protect the home and landscape.

We also installed a new irrigation system throughout the property and introduced extensive new plantings selected for year-round interest and resilience. Most notably, the large existing lawn was fully renovated,
resulting in a lush, healthy, and beautifully maintained green space that dramatically enhanced the property’s curb appeal.
