0642: Complete Landscape Renovation

Stoughton, MA

Complete Landscape Renovation

Stoughton, MA

Project 0642 was the first phase of a multiphase complete landscape renovation in Stoughton, MA that was designed, installed, and maintained by PCI.

Phase one of the project included site clearing, grading, walkway and patio installation, irrigation, planting, a new driveway featuring a cobblestone apron and cobblestone edging, all capped off with a beautiful new lawn.

The walkway and patio were constructed using Unilock’s Smooth Beacon Hill Paver in Fossil paired with a Unilock Copthorne Basalt inlay. The foundation planting program consisted of balanced seasonal flowering schemes, flanked with ‘Snow Goose’ cherries and meserveae hollies, framed with a low hedge of inkberry hollies.

We returned the following spring for phase two, which involved additional tree and stump removal, pruning, additional planting in the front yard, including a row of ‘October Glory’ red maples, and a driveway accent planting that expands upon the theme of the main garden.

We returned yet again in the fall of 23’, to complete phase three, which included another garden installation along the left side of the property, installation of the patio garden, and an irrigation system expansion to accommodate the new plantings.

Still more to come on this project so stay tuned!
