This detached garage build was carefully nestled into the existing tree line to create a beautiful retreat for our Client. Our landscape construction team focused on creating a natural, low impact, and functional landscape.
This backyard had a history of ponding and pour drainage. We rectified these issues by regrading the entire backyard and installing a new drainage system. The hardscape scope consisted of the asphalt parking court, turf-stone driveway, and paver walkway, all featuring a cobblestone boarder. The soft-scape scope included new perimeter plantings around the backyard to enhance both the privacy and the aesthetic, as well as a new backyard lawn, and irrigation system.
